AI-Assisted Hook Completion

Concept
AI-assisted hook completion targets the manually maintained *_impl.cpp and *_impl.tpp files generated during synthesis. The goal is to offer grounded code-completion support that understands the extracted interfaces, template parameters, and existing project conventions so developers can fill hook bodies faster with fewer integration errors.
Status
The sticky impl-file workflow is in place, which provides stable files for future AI tooling to edit and preserve. Prompting, validation loops, and acceptance gates for generated hook code are not started yet.
