Design Analysis Automation

Concept
Design analysis automation is intended to generate repeatable reports over build outputs, timing summaries, and interface metadata to help teams detect regressions quickly. The goal is a standard analysis layer that can compare runs, surface anomalies, and provide actionable diagnostics without ad hoc scripts.
Status
The build DAG already emits structured artifacts that can serve as inputs to analyzers, but there is no shared analysis pipeline or report format yet. Automatic cross-run trend analysis and regression triage remain not started.
